We founded Sawa in Kigali not because Rwanda is Africa's largest market, but because it is the continent's most rigorous proving ground, its regulation, its mixed urban-and-rural terrain, and its role as a regional logistics hub make it the ideal place to build a platform that actually works for African operators.
We built for Africa's real conditions, multi-network fallback, offline buffering, hardware flexibility, and analytics designed to cut cost, not just collect data. Today Sawa is trusted by Rwanda National Police, Rwanda Defence Force, Volkswagen Rwanda, Move Plus, TABS Logistics and more, 2,000+ vehicles, 10M+ data points a day.
