Sawa Telematics collects information you provide directly (name, email, phone, company details) when requesting a demo or contacting us. We also collect vehicle telematics data from connected fleet devices — including GPS position, fuel levels, speed, engine diagnostics, and driver behavior events — on behalf of our fleet operator clients.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use contact information to respond to inquiries and deliver our services. Telematics data is processed to generate fleet intelligence reports, alerts, and analytics for our clients. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. Data Security

All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS). Access to fleet data is restricted to authorized personnel and the fleet operator's designated users. We maintain regular security audits and follow industry best practices for data protection.
