Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Sawa Telematics platform, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes related to fleet management and operations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Data Ownership

Fleet operators retain ownership of their telematics and operational data. Sawa Telematics processes this data on your behalf in accordance with our Privacy Policy and your service agreement. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used to improve platform performance.

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sawa Telematics' liability for any claim arising from use of our services is limited to the fees paid in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Kigali, Rwanda.
